Special Issue in Computer Vision and Image Understanding
Quality papers selected from the 4th International Workshop on Computational Topology in Image Context will be invited to a special issue on Computer Vision and Image Understanding (Elsevier, latest JCR Impact Factor 1.340, www.elsevier.com/locate/cviu).
Selected papers must be substantially revised and extended from the conference version with at least 30% new material or results.
Submitted papers should be tendentially contained within 15 pages in the journal layout.
Contributions must be submitted through the online submission system that can be found at http://ees.elsevier.com/cviu/ under the section “SI: Computational Topology”.

Papers will be subject to the regular CVIU review procedure.
A suitable committee for the selection of quality papers will be formed during CTIC 2012.

- First notification: January 27, 2013*
- Revised manuscript submission: March 17, 2013*
- Notification of final decision: April 14, 2013*
- Final manuscript due: May 5, 2013*
- Publication of the special issue: July 2013*
